[아두이노] CNC Paper Cutting Machine

종이 뭉치를 잘라야 될일이 있다면, 이제 Arduino기반 커팅 장치로 이 작업을 자동으로 수행 할 수 있습니다.

YouTuber의 프로젝트 Mr Innovative는 NEMA 17 스테퍼와 기어 및 여러 롤러를 사용하여 면도날이 달린 지지대 아래로 용지를 전진시킵니다. 그런 다음 칼날이 종이 위로 움직이면서 종이 뭉치를 잘라서 완벽하게 작업을 수행 합니다.

커터는 아두이노 메가 (Arduino Mega)에 의해 구동되며, 이는 멋지게 디자인 된 커 스톰 쉴드에서 한 쌍의 A4988 스텝퍼 드라이버를 통해 스테퍼와 통신합니다.

휴먼 인터페이스는 피드백을 위해 작은 OLED 디스플레이가있는 6 개의 버튼으로 제공되어 수동 또는 자동 작동이 가능합니다. 자동으로 작업 할 때 사용자가 길이와 필요한 수를 입력하면 기계가 나머지를 처리합니다!
